B2B — Automation & Build
Process Automation Discovery
Focused workshop. We analyse your manual processes and identify which can be automated with n8n, Make, or custom code — and which can't.
A focused session in which we look at your manual processes — the real ones, not the ones in the ISO documentation — and honestly assess which are worth automating and which are better left manual.
Format
- Workshop on-site or remote — scope agreed individually
- Pre-workshop questionnaire so we don’t spend the whole session on “who does what?”
- Written summary as PDF, delivered within one week
What we do together
- Identify the three to five most time-consuming manual processes — through short interviews with the people who actually do the work
- Score each process: frequency, error-proneness, effort, complexity
- Tooling proposal per process — typically n8n or Make for lightweight workflows, custom Python or an AI agent for more complex logic
- Honest assessment: what’s worth doing, what isn’t, and why
Output
- Prioritised list of automation candidates
- Estimated implementation effort per candidate
- Recommended sequence and tools
- Clear marking of processes we would not automate — and why
Who it’s for
SMBs with 10–100 employees who sense too much time goes into repetitive work but don’t yet know where the biggest lever sits. Also suitable as an independent second opinion if you’re already planning an automation initiative.
Relationship to other workshops
This is the one-shot, fast inventory. For a deeper analysis with hand-off to an internal engineering team, let’s discuss separately. Implementation is also separate — typical follow-on paths are n8n Workflow Implementation or AI Agent Integration.
Credit toward implementation
The workshop fee is credited in full against a subsequent implementation engagement, provided it is commissioned within six months.
