B2B — Automation & Build

OpenClaw Team Deployment

OpenClaw/Clawdbot as a private AI assistant for teams: installation, tool access, roles, approved actions, logging, and operations on your own infrastructure.

OpenClaw is useful when an AI assistant should do more than chat: work with files, tools, shell commands, and internal services under controlled conditions. We set up Clawdbot so your team can use it productively without improvising permissions, data flows, or operations.

What’s included

  • Target state and risk boundary: Which tasks may the assistant handle, and which actions require human approval?
  • Installation on existing infrastructure, a dedicated server, or a workstation
  • Model strategy: local models, EU providers, or cloud models depending on data class, quality, and budget
  • Team chat access, optionally through messenger or an internal web interface
  • Controlled shell and tool access with allowlists, separated permissions, and auditable logs
  • Custom skills for recurring workflows such as reports, deployments, inbox triage, or check-ins
  • Integration with email, calendars, APIs, databases, file shares, or existing automations
  • Operations plan: updates, backups, monitoring, roles, documentation, and handover to your team

Who it’s for

SMBs, agencies, small IT teams, and solo businesses with clear recurring tasks: checking servers, preparing reports, sorting inboxes, operating internal tools, or starting standard workflows through chat.

Security first

Shell access and tool actions are scoped deliberately. We recommend separate technical users, approved commands, logging, and approval steps for risky actions. The assistant should reduce work, not change production systems without control.

What’s not included

No hidden automations without auditability. No guarantee that every model will solve every use case reliably. If hardware needs to be purchased, we advise separately.
