What’s included
- Self-hosted n8n setup on your server (Hetzner VM, Docker, or Kubernetes — depending on your environment)
- TLS, authentication, automatic backups, update path
- Integration with your existing identity setup (OIDC, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) where wanted
- Three production workflows scoped together, typical examples:
- Invoice inbox → extraction → accounting tool (DATEV, lexoffice, sevDesk)
- Website lead → CRM enrichment → Slack notification
- Support email → classification → Notion or Linear ticket
- Handoff training (3 hours) with one internal team member: how n8n works, how to build a new workflow, how to debug
- Written documentation per workflow with diagram, credentials inventory, and maintenance notes
Who it’s for
SMBs that want to lift recurring processes out of email, spreadsheets, and clicks into workflows — without spinning up an internal engineering team. Also a good fit for migrating off Zapier or Make when EU data flows or self-hosting becomes a requirement.
What’s not included
No ongoing maintenance — after handoff, it’s yours. An optional monthly retainer is available separately. Workflows with complex state logic or very high volume are a case for Temporal or custom services; we discuss those separately.
