An orderly exit from the Google ecosystem. We migrate mail, files, and photos to European providers, sort out account changes and forwarding, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What’s included
- Selection of a mail provider (Proton, Tuta, Mailbox.org) that fits your requirements — custom domain, aliases, calendar, mobile apps
- Full migration of your Gmail mailboxes with folder and label structure preserved
- Forwarding and reply rules so existing addresses still reach you while you transition
- Migration of Drive contents to Mailbox Drive, Proton Drive, or a dedicated Nextcloud instance
- Migration of Google Photos (with original date metadata intact) to Ente, Immich, or Nextcloud
- Updating your important accounts (banking, government, online shops) to the new address
- A step-by-step plan to retire your Google account if you choose to
Who it’s for
Individuals or freelancers who want their key data out of the US and into the EU — for GDPR reasons, distrust of advertising profiles, or just the preference to pay for a mailbox rather than pay with attention.
What’s not included
We don’t run your Nextcloud for you — if you decide to self-host, that’s a separate engagement. YouTube, Maps, or Android migration isn’t part of the package; we advise on those separately on request.
