A focused session in which we figure out together where an AI agent will actually move the needle in your business — and where it won’t. Not generic “AI Strategy” consulting, but a concrete list of three to five use cases that your leadership team can discuss at the next board meeting.
Format
- Workshop on-site or remote — scope agreed individually
- Follow-up call one to two weeks later, after you’ve had time to reflect internally
- Pre-workshop questionnaire so we start focused
Output
- Prioritised list of three to five concrete use cases
- Estimated implementation effort per use case (person-days, tools, third-party systems)
- Estimated time saved or quality gained — quantitative, not “we think this saves time”
- Risk assessment per use case (data protection, hallucination risk, maintenance burden)
- Written summary as PDF, delivered within one week of the workshop
Who it’s for
Leadership with operational insight — ideally with IT responsibility, or a technical person in the room. Companies that sense AI could be relevant for them but don’t know where the first lever sits.
Who it’s not for
Companies that want to “do something with AI” without a concrete problem in mind. We politely decline such workshops — they deliver no value to either side.
Credit toward implementation
The workshop fee is credited in full against a subsequent implementation engagement, provided it is commissioned within six months.
